Versatile strainers for blanching vegetables to frying eggrolls. Large strainer holes alow liquid to quickly drain out.

Small 4 inch diameter basket strainer is $3.99 (#M253) and is about 12 inches long including the wooden handle.

Medium size 5 inch diameter brass strainer is $5.99 (#M254) and the total length measures about 15 inches long.

The handles are bamboo, the strainer is all or mostly brass.
