Small Sushi Oke / Hangiri

Wooden bowl to season your sushi rice in. This is known as a sushi oke or hangiri in Japan and is made of wood. Wet this bowl before use and it will help keep your rice moist while you are making your sushi!

This is a small sushi oke and it measures 10 1/2 inches in diameter. Included you will find two mini sushi mats and 2 mini bamboo rice paddles!
