Super Wide Benriner Slicer

Wide sized Benriner mandoline slicer/shredder with an adjustable thickness guage.

This Japanese Mandoline comes with three sizes of Julienne blades and a much needed finger guard to protect your fingers from the sharp blade. Adjustable to make paper thin slices or paper thin julienne shreds!

It is wider than our standard mandoline, instructions and diagrams are included in the box.

Measures 13 1/2 inches long and 5 inches wide. The inner cutting surface measures 3 3/4 inches across and the diagonal sitting blade measures 5 inches long.
