Wooden sushi box press for all your creative pressed sushi uses! Just wet the wooden press so the rice won't stick, fill with layers of sushi rice and your favorite fillings or toppings and press firmly with the top piece of wood. This wood sushi press has knife grooves for evenly slicing your rice into bite sized pieces.

Outside measures 8 1/2 inches by 2 3/4 inches and 1 1/2 inches tall. The inside measurements are 7 1/4 inches by 1 1/2 inches and 1 1/2 inches high.

Made in Japan. Directions NOT included with this purchase.
